2. STOP — Strategy

No assumptions, no "one-size-fits-all" nonsense. 

Then, we map out a strategy and make sure every frame serves a purpose. We absorb, decode, and shape ideas that actually matter.
This is where we storyboard, script, and obsess over the details.

3. PAUSE – Pre-production 

Do you have the strategy, but not the tools to bring your vision to life?

Amazing videos don't just "happen." That's why we plan every detail for the shooting. We provide a cost estimate, organize the team & the technical equipment, scout locations, set the decor & props, and make a schedule for every step of the production.

4. REC —  Production

Worried your shoot will be chaotic, over budget, or just plain awkward?

Not with us. Cameras roll, lights pop, and creative sparks fly.

  • For efficiency, it would help to have some clarity on these matters:

    the scope & purpose of the video, the main idea behind the video, the target audience, the deliverables and the distribution channel for them.

    But it's not necessary. That's why we go through a discovery meeting with you, to understand your needs and translate them later into a brief.

    However, we require a willingness to meet with us and answer to our questions, if you don't already know exactly what you want.

  • It mostly depends on the project.

    Sometimes pre-production lasts for a few days or a few weeks. Shooting days might change due to weather or availability. Also, feedback could need more tweaking, and so more time.

    But be assured, we will try to finish the project as soon as possible, with time to spare before a realistic deadline.

    Usually we can hand over a project between 1 week and 1 month of the signing of the contract.

  • A video costs as much as you are willing to invest, and that investment gives us the time and resources needed to get the job done as best as we can.

    Some factors that influence the cost: the timeline of the production, the equipment we need to use, the filming crew required for the video, the location, transportation and accommodation fees.

    Usually, our prices go from 1.000 euros/video to +15.000 euros/video.

  • Of course, there is always room to negociate.

    We can do something a little smaller, or cut down on some deliverables, scenes or crew in order to cut on costs. We will give you more alternatives at different price points.

    But while creating our pricing proposals we try to find the best balance between value and investment.

  • There are many things we will handle on our own, but we definitely need your imput.

    Remember we are making YOUR video, not a random video, and the more you or a project representative from your side helps us make the correct decisions, the closer the project is to become YOUR project. Better feedback creates better results.

    Also, while working with your colleagues, it is easier for them to open up and feel more comfortable if we have a familiar face on our side.

  • This is why we have calls, send you references and ask for references so we can understand the best way to create de video you want.

    Nevertheless, we do offer three rounds of revision free of charge to get everything the way you want it.

    We also recommend to show the video to a group of trusted colleagues and friends to see if their reaction to it matches your desired outcome.

  • Maximize Your Video's Impact by:

  • Yes, of course. We can help you by editing the video to suit different platforms (eg. a portrait version of your video for Instagram Reels & Stories) or to shorten a 5 minute video to 10 seconds for a video ad etc.

    We are here to guide you through the process and offer you the best solutions.

  • You own the rights for the concept, the rushes and the final video.

    However, if the video involves actors, in their contracts they will state for how long they are giving up their image rights.

    Also, if you want a famous song featured on your video, you will own the license for it for a limited amount of time.

    Plus, we retain portfolio usage unless stated otherwise in the contract.
