Social Media Video Production for OLX (via Bad Habits Agency)

We partnered with Bad Habits to produce a series of social media videos for OLX Locuri de muncă, focused on creating authentic, human-centered content that resonates with today’s audience.

The project involved filming and editing a series of raw, unscripted employee testimonials.
Through these stories, OLX team members shared real insights into their work environment, the platform’s key features, and the benefits it offers, both as a workplace and as a service.

Our goal was to communicate OLX’s value through a relatable, human lens, positioning OLX Locuri de muncă as a brand that is genuinely connected to both its employees and its users.

Concept
The videos were designed specifically for TikTok, built as a series of relaxed, interview-style conversations.
The approach was intentionally informal, aiming to capture authenticity over perfection and create content that feels native to the platform.

Look & Feel
Each interview follows a consistent visual setup: the subject is seated against a clean, office-style background that subtly reinforces a corporate identity without feeling rigid.
Maintaining the same setting across all videos helped create a cohesive and recognizable series.

Rather than addressing the camera directly, participants engage with an off-camera interviewer.
This choice enhances the sense of honesty and transforms each video into what feels like a genuine conversation, rather than a staged production.

Technical
Lighting was designed to be soft and balanced, avoiding harsh shadows or overexposure.
We used a key light as the primary source, complemented by a subtle contour light and a discreet LED panel to shape the background.

The set design remained minimal, incorporating only a few office elements and light branding touches to support a professional yet approachable atmosphere.

Framing is consistent throughout the series: a medium shot capturing the subject from the waist up, with carefully balanced composition.
The camera is positioned slightly off-center, aligned with the interviewer’s perspective, further emphasizing the conversational tone.

To add subtle visual dynamism, we incorporated occasional B-roll details, such as hand gestures or natural reactions, while keeping the focus firmly on the authenticity of each exchange.

The Result:
The result is a cohesive, scroll-stopping series that blends seamlessly into the social feed while building something stronger underneath: trust.
By putting real people front and center, OLX Locuri de muncă is positioned as a brand that understands and reflects its community.
