Women in Tech – 31 Voices, 31 Stories
The Challenge
Tech is an industry often dominated by men, but women are shaping its future.
Women in Tech was created to amplify their voices—31 interviews, 31 personal journeys, shared throughout March
to celebrate Women’s Month. The goal? To bring visibility to their experiences, the challenges they face,
and the confidence they’ve built in a space that hasn’t always been welcoming.
That’s where we came in.
We handled it all—filming, editing, graphics. Beyond the technical side, we created a space where every woman felt heard and comfortable. Many had never spoken on camera before, so we guided them, reassured them, and gave them the confidence
to share their truth. It was an intense project, but the impact was undeniable.
We used:
Clean, minimal visuals, enhanced with raw, black-and-white VHS footage for a timeless contrast that deepens each story.
Thoughtful pacing to highlight both vulnerability and strength. A warm, supportive environment that let authenticity shine through.
The Result
31 windows into resilience, ambition, and self-belief. A chorus of voices breaking barriers, one story at a time.
A month-long tribute that echoed far beyond March.
